It tells me that the key is not valid? It takes the key during the initial install without issue but when you lauchWord and it ask to activate (i chose the online method), it tells me the key is invalid?what am i missing?

Please help as we purchased 3 of these and none of them work. I'm about to contact the seller about this but thought i would post here in case this was a technical issue versus the keys just being wrong.
