This is a subreddit for general weight training discussion, focused on intermediate level and above in experience and strength, for those ranging from strength sport competitors, sports that benefit from weight training, or weight training enthusiasts. Before posting questions. Rules. No being a dick, slurs, or personal attacks. No arguing in bad faith. No natty/ROM/sumo/arch/fed/FFMI policing. No shitposting/low-effort/joke top-level comments outside the daily.

No 'What is powerlifting?' Jerks.

No 'strength standards compared to the general population' jerks. No comments that are solely comprised of complaints or criticisms of other subs.

No piracy. No violating Reddit rules. The 'MS Rule' - Users must actually read/view the content they are commenting on.

Users must have flair (self-selected or otherwise) to post or make comments. Flair can be selected in the sidebar using a browser. Look for something that. Intermediate is simply defined as the point at which a lifter needs to be more thoughtful about their training.

The rules will not be applied identically to all users in WR. Regulars and people who have built a good rapport and reputation through consistently adding to our community - with their advice, camaraderie, contributions, and conduct - will get more leeway. They will get the benefit of the doubt. There are minimum account age and karma requirements.

Not a defense. Roids are fine.Just a question: do all these guys who use lots of drugs really have any business writing ebooks about training?Paul wouldn't be writing ebooks if he didn't take drugs (or nobody would be reading them anyway).they're part of his physique. Its part of the reason he has authority.

Is it the only reason? Its just a little disingenuous in my opinion for some guy to write on and on about programming when in reality.its just not as important as the drugs. But this isn't a Paul specific issue. Its an industry issue. And most people have come to accept it.

And most of those people are natural. Which blows my mind. I think you're very mistaken, actually.I did doggcrapp training for two years.

Totally natty. Did it exactly as written. Ate a lot of food, and trained my balls off. I got up to 255 doing that, relatively lean for a natty guy.

I did it JUST AS WRITTEN, the same as all the drug abusing guys that were working under Dante, or following the program.I personally don't think that natural guys have to train any different than guys taking drugs for the MOST PART. The principles for muscle growth, i.e.

Training stimulus, eating, sleeping, recovery, etc are all the same. The real difference is simply the results the natty guys sees in comparison to the guy using gear. The guy using may grow tremendously, where the natty guy may only see marginal results IN COMPARISON to what the guy on gear sees. So long as the natty guy is eating well, and getting proper recovery in, the training methods will work the same.

It's just that the return on the investment isn't quite as large.I hope that sheds some light on this as I've read this from you many times now, and you're sorely wrong. I agree with everything you said. And you are arguing against a point I am not making.I am making the point that you owe your success to drugs. Your ebooks, your web traffic, your business.they don't mean shit if you don't look the way you do and put up strong lifts. And you don't look like that without drugs. And youre just another strong natty without drugs.but not even close to where you are nowThat's what makes me laugh when I see nattys looking up to you and worshipping your dick.

Meanwhile you sell em an eBook and a dream that isn't even close to attainable without hormones.
