Posts: 36Joined: 15.Jul.2005Status: offlineHello,With ISA 2004 we used to install a firewall client that is dated 6/9/2004. With ISA 2006 there is a firewall client dated 7/17/2004 (client directory on CD). We embarked on installing new firewall clients.Before you can install the new one that comes with ISA 2006, it prompts to uninstall the existing one first, also you don't want to have any apps such as outlook running while doing the install. Then install seems to complete ok, however the tray icon shows the yellow triangle with exclamation point, and hoovering over it will display 'firewall client is not installed properly'I am not sure that functionality is really impaired, but it is troublesome nevertheless, and I'd like to resolve it. It happens on some PC's not all.So far I have tried just about anything. Uninstall 2006 client, reboot, reinstall 2004 client, reboot, uninstall 2004 client, reboot, install 2006 client - Same resultAny suggestions are welcome!Thanks, Andre.
